SERVICES WE PROVIDE

Guests in need of community resources can talk with Pamela Wilson, Case Manager at Deo Gratias Ministries Detroit, Monday through Friday between

 8:30 am  - 4:00 pm.

The café is open to guests Monday through Friday from 10 am - 2 pm.  Snacks , baked goods, and drinks are available to the guests free of charge.

Hot meals are offered on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 11:15 am.

The art program is held on Tuesdays  from 11:30am - 1 pm.  Adults and children can work on canvas painting and other activities.

The community garden consists of three raised beds next to the Deo Gratias Café and twelve raised beds in the lot across the street on Maddelein. Different vegetables and herbs are planted in the Spring through early Fall.

The food pantry is available by appointment only on Tuesdays and Fridays from 10 am - 2 pm. The zip codes we serve are: 48205, 48224, 48225, 48234, and 48236. To schedule an appointment, guests can call  313-743-0477.

Deo Gratias Ministries Detroit has partnered with Wayne State University's GED Program to help educate adults in getting their high school diploma.  Classes will begin in mid January, 2025.  Classes will be Monday-Thursday from 1:30 pm - 3:30 p.m. Contact Pamela Wilson, Case Manager, for more information at 313-743-0477.
